I started using a small shop in Euless. They have done front end work for me last fall. So far they are a good repair shop. They have my 74 C10 right now repairing fluid leaks and AC. If you are interested, I can give you name and address. Not sure if you are interested going to Euless.

We did ours in the driveway

I live in a city but no HOA
I could never live with an HOA
Too many rules and not enough trees
Every place with an HOA always has the houses crammed up too close to each other for me
I only have 1/2 acre but the house is 80 feet from the street

City ordnance says no "inoperable " vehicles
But as long as it has inflated tires and you throw a car cover on it when you're not working on it the city doesn't care , as long as it appears operable
