Driveline vibration question

heres what i have angles set at.Everything is aboit the best i can get it and from what ive read its tught.Shaft is lined up (side to side) perfectly straight.I STILL have a vibration from 45-55,and its very smooth at 70mph..Shaft is balanced and new joints..Any suggestions??

im going to go out on a limb here and say wheel weight problem. they are usually speed related then clear up
