This color is sweet! Pix don't do it justice. Here's a quick cell phone pic after I cleared the fenders. They came out good

The pix I took last night made them look bright orange when it really looks more like that challenger

That is going to be sweet, much better than the green, BUT I actually drew up something for a friend that was orange with a green stripe.

Vile,
not to threadjack this but why are you painting the panels all at once?? You may end up with mismatched panels in colors you know. Now this is just me though i wouldve painted the inside of the doors, the cab, the fenders, masked them all off and then shot the entire outside 1 time. That way you wont have a different shade.Beleive it or not i know blazin will agree to this, but even with the same gallon of paint and and same air pressure you can get different results in shade if not shot all at the same time.Even if not a metallic color, just a thought to the theory..
thanks'pat

Whadya think this is my first time? lol Basically I needed to get them edged out and wanted to see how the color would look. It'll be a while before I paint the truck so when I do paint the whole truck I'm going to re-shoot everything exterior wise. I wasn't about to do the whole cab and edge everything out if I wasn't completely happy with the color. On another note this thing is at my work and has been an eye sore for so long it'll show a lot nicer with some fenders that reveal what it's going to look like.

I hope so! I'm almost done with all the stupid little things so I'll be more focused on the body work aspect fairly soon. Once I get the doors and fenders fitted I will finish off the mud work around the cab corners and rockers and get the cab interior painted. The tailgate I was originally going to use on my 74 is going on this bed I think so it should come together quickly and hopefully be road worthy by summer!
