That looks like a gm part number to me. I have taken many of these trucks and blazers apart and know that The frames have the vin number stamped on the top of the drivers side rail. There is one stamped right underneath the motor mount plate and one back about a foot or so from where the firewall starts ( you need the body off to see this one ). These are the complete vin number just as it apears on the title so thats why I think this is a part number. You might want to see if you can find a similar number on pass side, it might be something like 14072634 or 14072636 which would represent part numbers for right and left sides. I used to work at a factory that made parts for gm and all the parts we made had 8 digit gm part number. I am by far not an expert but this is my 2 cents worth. Hope this helps.
