I tried to post this in the steering column area but failed so forgive me moderators....

I have a 1980 custom deluxe non tilt steering column. What and where I need help is fixing the gear selector. It doesn't lock or catch when I go from park to drive reverse etc. Before I go taking it all apart, is there a quick fix for this or maybe a common problem? I can't find any posts related to this problem....

Any help or advice is appreciated.

Hi guys,
I've searched the topics and couldn't find the answers. So here I go.
1. Where is the orifice tube located?
Pic would be nice and which direction is it installed?
2. If some idiot (me) can't find the oem ac brackets that came on my 350 ci. Where can I find replacements? Or what else can I do? I'm running the GM R4 "pancake" compressor.
Thanks in advance everyone.

So my 77 c10's driver side wheel is set a good 3 inches further in than the passenger side, I know it's been in a wreck by the p.o. thing is i can't find a bend in the frame, is there a correct way to measure at home, or could it be due to suspension components, the body looks straight overall, just dog tracks, any advice would be appreciated

Is there any difference between buying an LED bulb vs. buying a complete assembly?   Specifically the tailights, but also in general?

The technostalgia lights available in the store vs. buying two 2057 led bulbs?

I have always lived square bodybtrucks and finally got one, it's a project by all means but I love it. It is a 1977 c10, sbc 350, th350 tranny, swb. It needs work. So far I have replaced the wiring harness and got it running, here's some pics
