30 mph into an immovable wall is a pretty severe crash, as evidenced by how smashed-up the front-end is!  The passenger has the shoulder strap around his arm in the crash, so that isn't very realistic.  The passenger head-butts the dash, but that shoulder strap is not over his shoulder!  Totally bogus test for the passenger dummy.

since there was no skid marks before the wall i would think either the brakes failed, inattentive driving or he was dead before he hit the wall. i wouldnt be surprised if you look closly you would find something shoved between the gas and seat to "floor it" or you will find some sort of pulley system to get the vehicle to drive into the wall
