APC steering wheel install

Has anyone purchased and installed an APC Billet aftermarket steering wheel? I purchase one off Ebay and wondered how in the heck I'm going to wire the horn. The wheel comes with 2 wires. Must I take the spring loaded contact out and replace it with these two wires? Any help is appreciated. Thanks much.
