Temperature gauge

Need some help everyone. So my temp gauge jumps around. I tried the easy fix first by changing the sensor a while ago. Today I did a new printed circuit and gauge while it was out. Same issue. But now my turn signals don’t light on the dash. I put in new bulbs while it was out. So, What are the chances of a bad circuit? And what else could the gauge be? Just the wire coming through the fire wall? I’m not a fan of not knowing my temp as I’ve only had the truck for 6 months…. Thanks in advance! 1986 c10 Silverado 305/th350
