While I did actually make my own bucket seat mounts for my K10, I located these NOS mounts at one of the sites I have bookmarked, called oldsobsolete.com.  They carry all sorts of used and NOS parts for GM vehicles.  The downside is that some stuff (like these brackets) can be a little bit pricey, but I wanted the real, stamped steel parts.
