How much lift ?
« on: January 24, 2011, 04:26:37 PM »
If I take the factory 2 leaf , negative arch leaf springs off the front axle and replace them with factory 3 leaf, positive arch 1 ton springs. How much, approximately,  will it lift the  frontend on a 79 K-20?

depending on how old and saggy the original springs are, you could get about 2-3".

Is this a direct bolt in? What about the back springs? Would 1 ton springs give the same ride height increase in the rear?
