rear inner fender panels

77 c20 long bed -  i have some rust spots on the rear wheel well ,and i am wonder if the inner fender panel will un bolt from the ,inner tub to gain access to the back side of the bedside ?

All the bed panels will unbolt except for the two welds at the base of the tailgate opening posts.
Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs

to my surprise i tried a couple bolts that attach the inner fender to the tub and the came right out - i doubt theyve ever been touched since 1977, next will be to see if i can get the inner fender out without having to remove the tub as well - if anyone knows feel free to comment

the reason i want to get them out is i have a couple rust bubbles that poked thru so i want to see if it started on the back panel so i can remove the rust and add some protection , too bad the inner fender is their seems it causes problems cause the rest of the bed side is fine
