When you pull the bed off- What do you do about the taillight wiring? Can you pull the wires down through the bed?
I searched it. I know now

The ones you linked suck for moving anything short of a engine or trans, I bought 4 of em and that is about the only use I have found for em, You but em under a car or truck and they will not move.

I've moved plenty of 5K lb plus vehicles with em... Maybe I'm just strong and have a nice floor.

You mean a nice floor like this?

Yea I do too  and I'm strong enough to move a car with 2 floor jacks, but the wheels on My dollies sucked.
This is the hardest work they do now...

Haha yeah we went back to hf and found that my friend from highschool is the general manager, and he gave us those metal ones for free, they roll my truck around on my painted floor no problem, granted my floor is industrial epoxy for use with machine shop floors, it's pretty sick stuff,

As for the bed bolts yea torch them and the wiring, there's a connector in the back somewhere I uncuppled, that's it

Is that shop just solely for your own enjoyment or is it a business as well? Looks awesome BTW.

My brother is working on starting a fab shop, im just enjoying my half, we split most purchases so i guess im helping his shop open. We'll see how it goes

but anyways about truck work:
i designed my watts link, now it just takes time to draw it up in cad, find my needle bearings, thrust washers with an oring, and machine the pin that i will press fit into half inch plate, weld, and then use in my axle truss
im about 90.5% sure im going to have this CNC'ed, i dont think i can get what i want out of the bridgeport

then the start of the 9" truss/ watts link mount

took me forever, but at my work er have a graph scanner that i place the part on a piece of graph paper, scan it, and it will create a program on the laser to remake the part, friggin sweeet
