Are you running it solid mounted?

Did you notice the bushings on either end of the crossmember?

Maybe I'm just tired, but have you gotten the new 4 link on yet? I'm embarking on my fourth bagged truck and the bag on bar is the only way to go. You can probably run a 37" bar on that longbed setup, with the Slam Specialties RE7 bag you'll get more than enough lift to haul your boat and it'll ride like a caddy.

3 weeks, a fourlink calculator, overstressed with what life served me lately, and now out of a bad month, i finally got somewhere
The fourlink design is set in stone and final, should be exactly what i need.  Got 5 hours at my work alone to make parts, so i started to make all my hangers etc..

the only problem is i wasnt able to use the laser for them, and the hardest ones are the axle mount ones.
P.s the big hangers arnt finished, i still have some trussing to do

Ill have more done by the weekend, hopefully have it all linked and start on the Watts panhard

So i messed one of the brackets pieces up when i was cutting it, so i spent another hour making new ones today, but it was all worth it, i  have One-Off 4-link hangers ;D

im getting better with the welder day by day

Coolest part:

fits my snap-on 7/8ths for the nut

made some axle tabs too  ;D

Really nice work. You should have made templates of all the parts with your skills you could make some up and resale them. Make you a buck off them.

haha, i had templates for everything. problem is, when making a 4-link it is all vehicle specific, weight, center of gravity, roll center, ride hight, all have to be taken into account.. but my brother and i just picked up a job to make a pre-runner fully caged out of a 2009 chevy 1500, so that will be fun
