Both of my doors hang a little low in the rear. Should i adjust the hinges or do i need new ones?

Bushings on the top hinge need to be replaced. Common on these trucks.

how do you go about changing these? Where can you find the bushings?

The top hinge pin is staked you have to remove the door to work on the hinge, leave the hinge bolted to the cab, to get the pin out either grind the bottom of the pin off or cut the bottom off with a cut off wheel.Don't tear up the hinge ginding. Replace the pin and the bushings from the kit. A hinge kit can be had at your local parts store.
