its the beginning of my rebuild of my 1983 Chevy stepside i pretty much had to get all new panels cab and stepside bed cuz mine were all junk sum say i should of scraped the whole truck but Ive had it since i was 14 so I'm a little attached to it the things i kept were the rolling chassis and hood the rest was pretty much junk :( so the frame is wire brushed cleaned with the 3 step process from por-15 and painted with por-15 and gloss black its also Set up and ready for the 16 gallon fuel cell going under the bed soon the 3/5 flip kit is going on and gonna run all brake and fuel lines while body is off and basically the frame will be done and then i can start the fun stuff body work ;D I'm doing all the work with my dad and best friend every thing but stitching up the interior ill get more pics up soon for now its just my new cab any ideas or suggestions any one has for outside or inside feel free to tell me or show me this my first rebuild of a c10 so I'm open for ideas

thanks ;D i had to get a new cab because my firewall and a pillars were rotted out so i decided to get a new cab i also have to get another stepside bed because mine was beyond repair the fenders were junk and the bed sides were bad so there again decided to just get a new bed which i wont get till spring and i also got to new used doors from a k5 blazer they were bought brand new 2 years ago and the blazer blew up so the owner was tired of puting money into it he parted it out i bought 2 complete doors 4 150.00 for both so realy the only things that i kept was the rolling chasis and the hood and all the interior every thing else went to c10 heaven ;D most told me i should of just junked the whole truck and bought another but ive owned my truck since i was 14 and my grandfather use to own it he gave it to my dad and then my dad gave it to me so even tho the cab and bed isnt the same im still VERY attached to it i love my truck i wouldnt trade it for anything and as soon as i get more pics ill post them :o
