Im thinking 2in lift but not sure. looks like i have 3in lift blocks in the back. those are 31" tires. Im wanting to go bigger like 4 or 6in lift. i want 33's but it would probably look stupid with a 6in. any suggestions?

If that is a 3 inch lift, then you probably have enough room for 33's. From the looks of the pics, you should be ok. Normally from what I have seen, if you have 3 inch blocks in the rear, then it probably is a 4 inch lift already.(4 inch in front, 3 in rear...some stupid designer thinks the rearend is several inches higher in the rear than the font) I have heard of 33 supposedly fitting without a lift, but havent verified that. You look like you have plenty of room. Turn your wheel lock to lock and make sure you have about2 inches clearance all the way.

Hey Chop, my k20 actually had 33's on a set of wagons when I aquired it. I don't know if they rubbed because I threw a set of factories on it as fast as I could. It looked like a roller skate with the offset of the wagon wheels.LOL

LOL, I have seen what you are talking about oldwhity. The off set of the wheels have alot to do with how the look comes out. The 3/4 tons usually fit 33s pretty easily, especially the 4wds, but not sure on te 1/2 tons

thanks. i figured i could fit 33's already but with this lift i dont even have to jump to get in the truck(im 6'5") i was planning on lifting it more i just didnt know if i should go 6" or 4". i'll probably go with 6" and get my 33's for now. i know i can fit alot bigger but its just going to be a weekend cruiser for now

The 33's will probably fit with the lift you have now. Going from 31's to 33's is only one inch bigger top or bottom. (I know its 2 inches bigger, I mean split the difference in half because you dont get that 2 inches on the top of the tire only)

I'm just curious what the 33's would look like with a 6in lift. i know i can fit them now but i think it would look better with 33's so you can see the frame and paint detail that im going to do to the suspension parts.

Mine has 6" of lift and Im clearing 37's. It used to have a 4" lift and a set of 35x15.50 under it.

33's with the 6 inch lift will probably look like the 31's now. Just depends on the look you want. Id like to run 37s, but money wise and the fact that I want lots of clearnace without trimming keeps me away from that idea. My 38's would probably work good if I clearance the fenders a little. That and the fact I dont like the bias tires. Look good ride aweful.

well, you guys are right...seeing that pic of crackers truck with a 6in and 37's would probably make it look ridiculous. probably be best to go with a 4in lift and 33's. this way i can probably still pull my gooseneck with it too. thanks guys

u got a pic with 4'' and 35s?

33's will fit the lift you have no question. if you go bigger, bigger tires will be needed.
