Title: painting door panels??

What is the best paint for painting a door panel? 1980 k10 with factory red going to gloss black.

i had success with Krylon Plastic Fusion. I cleaned my ABS panels with alcohol and water, then hit them with three coats.

Krylon Fushion does NOT work on vinyl (from my experience).

I have also had good luck with the Krylon Plastic Fusion.

thanks, I almost picked the plastic fusion brand I knew i shouldve
i havent checked the dry product yet this morning-will let you all know how it ends.

they turned out alright not perfect but they will do, no show truck by no means

i used "color bond" on my door panels/trim.  they were stained/faded and it brought them back to life.  i'll try to add pics of before and after.  works just like spray paint, but seems to bond better, and not look painted, but like new plastic.
