Title: A/C compressor mounting

Pretty dumb question, really. Bought a nice 83 single cab dually, no engine. Truck had A/C, and I have a 454 core to rebuild for it. My question is which side of the engine is the compressor supposed to be located? The one I have is on the drivers side.

driver's side is correct
