 :oAny of you guys tryed these things? do they do what they are supposed to? I seen them at Jegs, can`t remember the link, I`ll see if I can find it.

They do work really well. But no for use on lower compression motors unless they are boosted.

 I'd like to get a kit for my 04 after things pick up at work. Don't need to be boosted will work on reg gas truck.

swo it injects water into your engine, or methanol, or both?

yes...I`ve seen that aquatune one...and thats the one I think I`m gonna try. Hopefully at the end of this month I`ll order one!

Water injection was originally used to help quench high compression engines.

My brother uses it on his turbo truck.  He/(we) sell snowperformance pieces.

Great on boosted apps.  it is marginal on non boosted apps.  the meth burns cooler than gas .  turbos burn hot with high boost and high advance so it helps advance timing with out det.
