Has anyone done away with the combination valve on the front crossmember and replaced it with a proportioning valve. Planning on adding a line-lock also. 83 C-10

Add the linelock after the valve.

Why do you want to eliminate the metering valve?

The combo valve has given me trouble in the past when I ran the truck >:(.Now that Im going pro-street I'm hoping that I can get rid of it. I,m going with a wilwood single inlet/outlet valve to try to moderate the rear drums. front discs will be directly of the master cylinder with the line lock. I hope I'm thinking in the right direction. ???
