Title: Hello!!!

Just came across this site on a "google search" and got stuck here for 2hrs reading and looking at pics...LOL! So, I had to join! Anyways, I'm in the process of building my 1979 chevy short bed and look forward to seeing what you guys have to offer. My truck is taking on a "ProStreet" look and will have a stroker BB by the time it's said and done! Still got alot of stuff to do to it!

Here's a few pics of the truck when we were playing with rear tire mockup! I think the same day we took 11.5" out of the rear end for these fat boyz. ;D

I’ll try to get some more pics up at some point. I have a handful of pics up here at work. Unfortunately, my hard drive on my home computer took a poop and I lost a lot of them. I need to take some updated pics….. that and figure out how to post them bigger on this site…LOL!

For photobucket, just copy the Forums and bulletin board text and drop it in the post

Thanks, but the colors coming off of it! That's what color it was when I got the truck and it's growing on me, but it will end up being changed. The plan is to paint it the same color the newer cadillac's are using...."Pearl White"

That's funny....I just posted in your "Welcome Thread" before seeing this. Yeah, Adam his been seeing the C10 (via email) since day one and the "craigslist ad" before I got it. The dodgetalk days were good but time to build a real truck....LOL.....tell him I said that!

Sweet! Yeah, I talked to him friday and he was saying he was going to pull them. I might drive down to his house when he gets all the turbo stuff to give him a hand if he needs it.

Great color pick... thats the color i was going to paint my truck... but it is a tri-stage paint and i didnt have a proper garage, so i just went with single layer paint with lots of different color of pearl.(I painted in a non heated cold garage on a rainy day)... I love the look of the caddy pearl white... cant wait to see pics when its done.
