Title: Will 39.5 Boggers make a truck wonder alot?
Post by: idahok1085 on February 24, 2009, 12:40:29 am
Just wondering my truck has boggers. and its lifted 10 in. I love it, but it seems like it wonders alot. Is there a heavy duty pump I could but for it? It squeaks on tight turns.

I had a set of 44" swampers, same deal as you, truck was all over the road. I put on some 35"s and it drove much better.

I had the same problem with my 44" Boggers as well. Are you running 15" wheels like I was? If you shorten the sidewall you'll stiffen the tire resulting in less flex. I'd run what you have until you need tires and then opt for a taller wheel with the same size tire or size down. Just my $.02. Nice looking truck btw.

Thanks guys! Yeah they are a 15" wheel I belive, they are a M/T wheel. I think the Classic II. Its a 39.5x15x15 I belive is the size. Its the TSL Bias ply.

Yeah i'd run em till you need new ones. By then you could save up for taller wheels or smaller tires or whatever you want.
