What it hard to put the newer seats in? I really want to do this. They are the ones with the seatbelts biult into the seat, correct?

On a Blazer, pretty easy since it has a flat floor, on a pickup, lots of fab work since the floor is raised.

I have not ran a 1/4 before, but I have ran a 1/8 at Knoxville drag way. The best time coming out of the hole with out spining was 8.3 at 79 MPH. I will be going to Havac Show this year and they will be drag racing for money, I just took the motor out and put some updates in it. I am hoping mid 12's in a 1/4. Well see..

Thanks,
Trav

Man, that thing is MADE for a calendar! Beautiful ride. Reminds me of the first ride I ever had  :'(   Yours is much nicer though lol  Can you post some close-ups of that air cleaner setup? That's really slick.

If you did 8.3 in the 1/8, that should be right about 13.0 in the 1/4. And if you were spinning, 12's should be attainable! SICK!! What's the power feel like with a combo like that? Is it soft until say 3000 and then it rips your head off or is it strong all around?

Thanks man!

The power is just smoth, it pulls a little hard after 4,500.

Where were these pics taken?  I thought all of the Pure Oil stations were gone, or is it just for show.

My grandfather was a chemist for them and retired there.  Just funny to see one in operation still...
