Title: How did you run your exhaust with a fuel cell

I wanted to know how you ran your exhaust if you have a fuel cell between the rails of your frame?Especially if you have a plastic fuel cell. Thanks

My exhaust runs on the outside of the frame and dumps in front of the tires. I can get better pics if you want.

Here's mine:

However, I wouldn't be afraid to run pipes beside it (over the axle & out following directly under the frame. The heat that far back isn't going to be that hot to cause any problems. One thing you could do if your still concerned is make heat shield(s) beside the tank. I made a "skid plate" for the bottom of mine (required by NHRA/IHRA), theres no reason you couldn't do something similar, just going up the sides higher & either mount it to the straps or to the bottom of the frame.
