5 years next month for me!  Time does indeed go as fast as a 383 stroker!  ;D
I joined when I was in the middle of the 383 install for some help and sure got it. Hard to believe that engine has been in my truck since April '04--5 yrs.

Yeah, too bad we can't have chevy parties.  I'd even bring the beer!  Ok, Harold, I'd bring the soda, too.  ;)

Dang you're old, seven years! ;D  It's ok, we like old-timers, they know stuff. ;D  I only have 16 months in, but it's been great.

I tell myself that all the time, but my body disagrees. In a very loud voice.

My knees disagree allot of the time, but I don't listen.

You know, youth is nice and all, but, I would not wanna be that young again.  Although high school was a blast, and college was awesome, and I could run, and run, and never get tired, literally a marathon runner, I wouldn't trade what I have and who I am now for that. There's a lot to be said about having a satisfying career, a beautiful wife and a growing boy---oh, and two chevy trucks in the driveway  ;D. I wouldn't have it any other way! Now I am counting the days to retirement, hiking the Appalachian Trail, and having my house paid off--all in less than nine years from now.

I gotta a little pep in my step, even though I am getting closer to the grave each day, but, hey, as soon as you're born, each day brings you closer doesn't it? --just puttin' things into perspective, is all.

I have no problem growing old. I just still do allot of things physically that I did when I was young. All my friends said it would bother me to turn 30, then 35, now 40. Almost there, and don't have a problem with it so far!

Guys it is great to be young i am 25 going to be 26 in july but i feel way older then i should and that is just because of arthritis it is mostly bad in the mornings but later on i feel good as new but i can still feel it you know anyway it started when i was 20 from food poison and i am hoping that i can fine a doctor that can help me but i am lucky that i can do the things that i do like work on these trucks and as long as i have my angel beside me i will be fine.
