Title: not able to post pics of my ride.

Hey guys, i have tried several times to post some pics, and no matter if i am posting 2 or 4 pics...i keep getting "error to large"...what the heck am i doing wrong? and if its because my pics are too large, how can i down size them?
 Anyone got any tips?
