Dang! That shop is SWEET! How many square feet is that?
Definitely a nice set up you've got... Not bad at all for a first house. My first place was 700 square feet, no garage, no yard. So you're doing pretty well, I would say!
-
Thanks! I like it alot and shop needing re-wiring and little fixing up but wasnt to bad took since Jan to get everything done and its about 800sq ft and its almost a half acre and 1197sq ft house with 800 of it living space the rest is carport and laundry room outside

-
I bet the nieghbors were glad to see you move in! House looks great!
-
Sweet place man, nice score!! That shop is screaming for a lift. That house will pay for itself in the long run I bet, Congrats!!!!!
-
Yeah the nieghbors will love him till he has ten C/K's in the yard!!! Looks good, houses are allot of work.
-
Congratulations on the score. That house looks awesome. You did a great job. The shop is definately awesome, and most likely where you will spend most of your time. Hopefully you will find that special girl who will love these trucks as much as you do, then you won't have to worry.
-
Very nice! I wondered what the scaffold was for. It's for changing the light bulbs, right? Congrats on being a homeowner.
-
Thanks everyone and yes shop is def. screaming a lift I found a small portable one that I can roll out of the way and I like it bc it doesnt come close to the rockers like my dads incase in need for rocker repair but only downfall is cant reach the oil drain or filter with this one... but yea thats what the scaffold was for had to change all the bulds and re wire them it was a nightmare and that was a weird feeling, 15ft in the air +on a shaking scaffold= not fun

Congrats dude that is great! And WOW what an improvement you made to it. I just went thru the Big D (and don't mean Dallas) so I had to by another house in Dayton that is a fixer upper. know exactly what your going thru right now. Unfortunately there isn't a shop out back but I get to keep using the one I built at the old house. ENJOY!!!!!
Oh yeah as far as a gal...... I'd go for the free milk until your sure.
ABSOLUTELY SURE!!!!!!!
