Title: Round 1
Post by: ms4972 on April 16, 2009, 10:56:08 pm
Got through with the first round of upgrades.  Tubular upper and lower control arms, 2" drop spindles, 3" drop coils, 1 1/4" sway bar, Doetsch Tech shocks and replaced tie rods and idler arm.  Trucks rides a lot better than it did with the Eibach coils and has more ground clearance with the new arms and sway bar.  And no issues with alignment.

Almost forgot to post a pic of how it sits with wheels. 18x8 in front and 20x10 in the rear.

Cool.  Those CPP arms look very slick.  Did you happen to do a weight comparison between the factory a-arms and the tubular ones?

I would roll that truck just like it is pictured.

That is one great looking truck, the stance is perfect. I wouldn't change a thing.
