A buddy of mine had a older G-tech performance meter so like this http://cgi.ebay.com/G-Tech-Pro-performance-meter_W0QQitemZ200332501177QQihZ010QQcategoryZ16056QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem (http://cgi.ebay.com/G-Tech-Pro-performance-meter_W0QQitemZ200332501177QQihZ010QQcategoryZ16056QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem)
so we took it out in my 79 2wd, 400 sbc, 4spd, Custom Deluxe 20 -daily driver. the 400 is out of a 72 caprice and i put a crane cam- i don't remember the #s but it isn't to radical, edelbrock intake/carb, headers with dual glasspacks, a double roller timing chain in it and everything else is stock. Anyhow after we took it out and tried it our several times and i was very happy with her. The 265/75/R16s i have on it like to wheel hop and my clutch was slipping once pretty bad but, my best was an 1/4 mile e.t. of 15.6@93mph and i already for got what my 0-60 was. I have been reading around on the internet and everyone seems to say even the old g-tech meters like that are accurate to right round a tenth of a second.
