Title: 77 Dash Bezel silver paint and gauge plastic repair??

My dash bezel is really good other than the silver paint areas around the gauges, tach and speedometer. I see on the back it appears the factory used silver spray. Is there a spray paint or liquid paint a guy can use to re-paint the silver.
Also, the gauge plastic is pretty good other than the usual scratches. Is there a way to buff out the scratches. What would a guy use? White rouge buffing compound?? Any suggestions welcome.
