Title: Bumper Bracket Bolts

I just had my bumper brackets (the ones that bolt to the frame) power coated.  I can't find the bolts to bolt them back on to the frame.  Are they anything special?  Grade 5?  Grade 8.  I don't really want to go climbing around a wrecking yard just for bolts.  I'm hoping there is just some over the counter bolt that will work.

Can't remember the size of the top of my head 7/16", or 1/2". Grade 5 will work fine, but I would probably use grade 8. The only thing really special about body bolts is they have the washer with them, and they are tapered so if they don't quite line up you can run them in anyway.
