That one is sweet.
-
In the ss wheel pic, are those from an impala?
-
No, those are aftermarket wheels with the 5x5 boltpattern styled after the Silverado SS.
I have pics of Impala SS wheels on my R10 Rides post.
-
I'd like to see more pics of that yellow SWB. Is there a page for it?
-
here a 86 with them

The wheels/tires on the blue an yellow truck look awesome. Currently IMO I'd say that's the best looking wheel I've ever seen on any of these trucks. If I ever have another 1/2 tonner it will have those wheels on it, but with ORWL tires. But that's just me...

here a nnbs 20"s on a lowered truck

but this is what the truck looks like now

Oh yuk, put the 18s back on. What happened?
-
the guy said he wanted a nastruck look, he had some center line champ 500s that looked way better
-
nascar is so gay, it use to be good, but once it turned into a soap opera , its gone down hill, its so predictable and so boring nowadays. and not even close to anything stock. the NBS wheels where a nice mix of new and old, it worked well with that color.
-
if the guy put shorter tires on the 18s and lowered it it would of looked a lot better but I think he already sold the wheels and adapters
-
The wheels on the yellow and blue trucks are some of the nicest I've seen. If I could buy a set I would.

Bad is all I got to say, could you some lower profile tires, but there is nothing wrong with is like this. but the taillights on that yellow one are horrid, looks good with the wheels though.

Thanx

I agree, its hard to believe they are 32 inch tires.
-
ok. those wheels look sweet on that blue truck. that is what color my truck came from the factory, i am working on making the body nice so i can get it resprayed that same color.. then i want to lift it 6" and put 35's on it. and I want those wheels!!! lol they are awesome.
-
It is hard to believe that those wheels look good on a 73-87 truck because they are ugly on a 07-09 truck. However, I love the look. I am obsessed with getting a set for my truck. What size wheel adapter/space was used on the yellow truck? I hate to be a copy cat but it is a great look. Thanks for posting!
-
So you guys just used adapters to put the 07-08-09 6 lug pattern on your trucks right?>
-
yup, 07,08,and 09. Heres my work truck

Wrong bolt pattern for the 5 lug side....we use 5 inch Bolt circle 5.5 is for jeeps and fords.
