Here's my setup. Brand new Holley Street Avenger 670 CFM. I've only adjusted the idle screws. Brand new MSD Street Fire Distributor. Intial timing is 8 degrees. Adjustable vacuum canister is set at two turns out.
The issue/issues don't know if they're related. Slight miss/flat spot at throttle tip in. At speed when I mash the gas from low rpm I get a pop which I think is backfire.
A - What should the total advance be, hose on, at say 4,000 rpm? Does it even matter because when under load vac may be different.
B - Should I jet slightly fatter to solve the slight miss at tip in?
