Title: 73-87 6 lug rims

are all 73-87(91) 6 lug 15X8 rims the same, specifically around the perimeter of the hub opening?
i have been told that the later year rims had some sort of "centering tabs" around the perimeter.

i know on my 94 5 lug there are centering tabs i think your talking bout but they dint effect our trucks I've see plenty of 73-87 with 88- whenever rims I'm getting ready to put rims off a 79 on my 86 i know its not really what your asking, but they will work
