the first thing he/she probably said to the police was how the heck else was i supposed to get the boat in the water. or they were just confused almost like a painter when you mix colors to come up with another color, they figured truck + boat= truck boat maybe they should lay off the watercolors and just stick to finger painting

I think he kind of missed the concept of putting boat in water.  Now I see why they back in.

Yeh, that's the darndest way to launch a boat I've ever seen.. :D
