Title: Wiring Diagram 79 chev radio no work

Just got my ol chev back from her heart transplant and the radio won't power up. All the fuses look good but wasn't sure which one was the radio so didn't do continuity check. I think the radio is fuse D but what is the TCS.  I have a two knob digital cheapo radio in it. Thanks for the info.
