Title: Dome light/horn relay?

Interesting problem... I was driving the 85 the other day at night and went to use the horn.  It just buzzed and the dome light (which hasn't worked in over a year) was dim.  I am thinking the horn relay or a bad ground.  Any input??? The floor light under the dash has been working all along.  Thanks for reading.

Try the horn relay first and see what happens.
Simple enough to do.
