autozone can tell you on most sensors just take it to them or give them a call and see if they can test them

??? Autozone tells you to pull the battery cable off to tell if the alternator is good. Don't listen to anything they tell you.

What makes you think your knock sensor is bad?

when I go to start off it seems like it's not advanceing and my oil press gauge drops from 45 to like 5 then  goes right back to 45-50

is the engine knocking?   Try it under load and see if it knocks.

you can look for a vacuum leak by taking some WD40 and spraying around hoses, intake gaskets,  etc while it is idling.  If the rpms jump up any, you found a vacuum leak.

lol if they tell you that they took it upon them self to do that at my store we would insist none does this specially on newer cars do to all the electronics. what i was saying they have a tester that you plug the electrical unit into and it will test it. if they cant test it "it's not in the book how to test" then they cant test it not like they can try to rig it up and test it. it all color coated and OEM plugs that they use. but anyway do what sgt tells you.
