3 inch belltech drop spindles and flip kit installed.

1) the good folks I ordered this kit from said that I wouldn't need to c-notch the frame...  looks tight a few inches of travel when the bed is on the truck.  Want to know what you guys think....

2) 3" drop spindles - stock lower control arms - I'm having rubbing issues with the passenger side one on the rim - looks like it will get worse when the motor, tranny and front clip weigh down the front end...  passenger side lower control arm is a reproduction, driver side seems to have plenty of clearance so far.  Directions said to use 5/16 wheel spacers...  Any other ideas.

3)  I have a concern that the front of the truck is still going to be higher than the back...  any experience or tips?

I do think the front will still be higher than the rear with the engine in. I think the flip kit usually results in a 5 inch drop. It may come down, but I dont think so.
  On the rims, I believe they recommend 16 inch wheels or larger for the spindle drop.  Other than that its the wheel offset. I have just the 3 inch spindel drop on my choptop now, and dont notice anything rubbing, but that is with aluminum aftermarket rims.

+ 1 to what chop said.
also im running 3 inch spindles and depending on the wheel offset you may have to grind the lower control arm for clearance.
i haven't had to so far but im running a skinnier front rim and tire than the back.
also be careful with runnign wide wheels.
most drop spindles kick out the front tires a bit.
example:

15 x 10 all the way around with 275/60's
the rear will come out to the fender and have clearance where as the same setup up front with drop spindles the tire wont have the clearance without rolling the fender lips.
