I don't know specifically, but it will be around .414" lift and probably 220 duration.  It is a 3/4T truck so it was cammed to make low end power.

is anything else different in the engine because i thought the only differences between a 1/2t and a 3/4t was the suspension,driveline,and gears

81-86 only the 3/4T up and 1/2 4x4's got 350's along with 1/2 Burbs of any drivetrain config.  1/2T pickup 2WD only got 305's.

Two cam options:

.2484 in
.2667 ex

or the mighty

.2600 in
.2733 ex

Duration was around 200/210

That's definitely lobe lift. :D
