trying to narrow down some final decisions before i blow my savings. they have a rust converter here and i wanted to know if it's just as good as the por15 or skip it?

Encapsulator seems to be holding up on my frame, no top coat. It's been a year.5 since I put it on.

There seem to be dozens of companys offering similar products that are all "moisture cured urethenes". Por15, Rust Bullet, chassis saver,
Eastwoods encapulator just to name a few. They all seem to be pretty similar. I did a lot of web researching and finally decided to try a quart of this;

I liked the price better compared to some of the others. I used in on the channel under the back of my bed. It seems to go on good, but I painted over it with cheap black paint because I didn't like the look of the silver.
