After thinking about the cool way some of you have relocated your gas tanks, I decided to relocate my filler location and leave the tank where it was. My main objective was to clean up the outside body panels of the bed. See what you guys think. I also relocated the battery. It sits where the passenger side gas tank used to sit. I have already filled in the openings for both tanks along with the stake pockets and screw holes that held the canopy on.

Here are a few more pics - I'll try to make them bigger. Also a couple of the truck as it is now. I put new power window and lock doors on that's why they are different. The other doors had lots of bondo in them so it was eaiser to put new style doors and change the wiring, no bondo now. The truck is really rust free, makes working in it so much easier! The truck is a 1978 Big Ten Silverado. It is fully loaded with auto, air, cruise (works!), tilt, p/w, pdl. It has a Goodwrench 350 and a rebuild 350 turbo. I'll try to post some pics of my '86 S/W K-10 soon. It's stock 'cept wheels and has only 84,000 miles on it. I've had it since 1991.
