Title: Crew Cab door Panels by Rod Doors

I have been meaning to post this but haven't due to not testing out the passenger side, but this is what the drivers side rear custom door panels look like when mocked up.  The should be in the catalog soon.

Update is I asked them to see if they can fix the fittment at the bottom.  It had gaps at the corners.

I just talked to the owner Blaine and he apologized for not giving a notice.  They closed the factory in North Carolina this time last week due to the economy.  He plans to reopen in about 1-2 months, but it will just be him, so the supply will be slower.  He is going to call me next week and tell me what the inventory is for my site and we will go from there.

That sucks major. We have been waiting on these for a long time already, hoping to get a good product, only to have it pushed back again? Hope he comes through with some stellar pricing for ya capt.

yeah, well I think the economy caught up with them.  The 73-87's were not at the top of their list, so...
As of 11/4/09 they closed the business.  Hope to hear from him soon on the outcome.

Chris, did you contact http://www.carsinc.com/ ? I'm pretty sure they make them for crew cab rear doors.

They make factory ones, which are the same as what I could get (they are crap Palco panels).
These match the custom front ones we sold.

OK, I know they had the cheap replacement ones like jcwhitney used to sell but they had custom tweed ones too I think.

These are now ready to order, BUT there is a 12 day delay as they are being made to order!

All Rod Door products are now in the catalog again!

For those interested, this is forum member OJOE's crew cab with the currently the first and only covered version on his shortened crew.  He graciously provided the shells to get these made.

Be nice, I sold the other Crew before it was finished, you know the story guy walked into the shop and said what will you take for that truck? Next day it was gone. That won't happen with this one, it won't leave the shop until its done to suit me. I'll be getting an order together for you on a few things.
