Title: steering wheel removal

i removed my steering wheel and now theres a metal plate with a bunch of "cut-outs" around the edge...how does this come off?

Lock out plate remover
it will push the plate down then you can slide the clip out
I have done it with a screwdriver and push it down then slid the clip out but its a PITA that way
