My speedometer is off by 10mph. It reads to fast and has only happened since i replaced my trans. I have a 3/4 Gmc high sierra 25 with stock gearing with 33 inch tires. How can i fix this?

re calibration.
go to nearly any shop and they can calibrate it for you....all it takes is to pull the speedo cable off the tail of the tranny and put a new plastic gear in it after they calculate which gear to use.
Call around to different shops and they'll tell you who can do it. It'll cost about $40 or so.
