1984 GMC sierra has the typical cab corner rust, but the doors are perfect the front fenders are good, just not sure if they are aftermarkets or stockers that where primed yet, I know the hood is aftermarket.

Looks like a great start! Welcome from Maryland. I'd say the fenders aren't aftermarket because aftermarket ones come primed. Yours were primed on the truck. What are your plans for it?

Well , turns out the engine is junk, so first things first looks like a engine swap..lol
