Title: My 87 V10!
Post by: StuntManMike on October 29, 2009, 03:23:01 am: Hey this is my first post guys! nice to be apart of this fine forum! just figured i would post a pic of my 87 V10 on here to show my truck to you all...i bought it of a farm in AL an put a 4 in lift, DC-1 wheels and a 4 inch lift, a 700-R4 tanny and a 350 i also added some other small things to her.

1987 was a change over year The 1/2 ton's were R10's & 3/4 ton's were V10's ;D

Yep, they are very torquey engines, but they sound like a broken vacuum cleaner. I've never been impressed after hearing a Viper or SRT10 take off aggressively.
