well after putting on the new 6" lift, i have more axle rap that before. i know its the wedges they have round edges for some reason so I'm going to fix that and also build some ladder bars and hints or tricks to help me out. also are ladder bars similar to traction bars?

Yup...same thing. Before spendin bucks on bars, you could try clamping the front of the spring pack. if that don't work, then maybe build the bars. Try to make them as lond as the rear driveshaft. This helps avoid potential binding as the suspension cycles.

Cal tec bars would be good or build some just like them.

I can get you the measurements off of mine if you are going to make them yourself.
