Title: Torque specificatoins

Hi,does anyone know the torque specifications for steel wheels on a 86 dually?The owners manual says 140ft lbs,but I think that's just for the 3/4 ton 8 lug steel wheels.Thanks.

Dual Rear Wheels (8 lug) 140 ft/lbs
 
Dual Rear Wheels (10 lug) 175 ft/lbs
