We would have Christine II

reminds me of my brother's expedition. When changin oil, it is very wise to not leave a rag on the exhaust manifold then drive for 5 miles

That's a "Well Done Ford 2 go" for sure Sgt ..
How about a toasted Tahoe for a trade :)

Thats terrible. I wonder if it was the charging device that shorted or the truck wiring?
-
They sure don't make them as goog as they used to ( I mean the trucks )
but I guess
its one of these "cheap Chinese" chargers that caused this mess
-
Or maybe it kept blowing fuses so the guy put in a bigger fuse...
-
or just put some foil in it
-
I started working on my 75 Blazer's hacked wiring and rebuilt the steering column this week. There were 3 fuses that were bypassed with the foil from a cigarette pack. Speaker wire going to the brake light switch and the original wires were cut. The ignition switch bypassed with a switch and no circuit protection. I can't believe this thing didn't burn up.

they are *all* cheap import chargers....apparently North America cannot manufacture anything anymore
